Now, more than ever, it’s important to conserve! The Sunset Plant Collection is proud to join Save Our Water in efforts to help raise awareness on how to reduce outdoor water use while still enjoying beautiful landscapes with water-wise plants!
Save Our Water is a statewide program aimed at helping Californians reduce their everyday water use. Created in 2009 by the California Department of Water Resources and the Association of California Water Agencies, the program offers ideas and inspiration for permanently reducing water use – regardless of whether California is in a drought.
To make it easier for Western gardeners to identify and locate water-wise plants from the Sunset Plant Collection, we feature a Water-Wise Icon on all of our water-wise plants.
